Pastor Dennis will cover preaching and pastoral care plus some office hours as needed and other essentials of ministry during his six weeks with us. We are very grateful for his service.  Pastor Dennisí first worship service with us will be on May 25th. He is looking forward to meeting us and sharing Godís word. Please come and meet Pastor Dennis and give him a warm welcome!

Pastor Rinehart headed the First United Methodist Church in Clyde, Ohio from 2003 to 2008.

Note: On Sunday June 22nd, We find that Pastor Rinehart is an accomplished banjo player.  Today, Pastor Rinehart's message "Daily Determined Decisions of Disciples" was joined with our opening hymn, "Holy, Holy, Holy", closing hymn, "Because He Lives", as well as a special hymn, "Will the Circle be Unbroken" with Pastor Rinehart on the banjo, Stephanie on the electric keyboard, Mick on the guitar. We all look forward to hearing more from this new group.

The Staff Pastor Relations Committee is grateful to District Superintendent Valerie Stultz for her assistance and prayerful guidance through the appointment process, carefully selecting our new Pastor, and helping us through the six week interim period by providing a substitute minister, Pastor Dennis Rinehart. Reverend Valerie will be retiring on June 30th. Our new DS, Rev. Ed Peterson, will be appointed on July 1st. Pastor Kenn and our Staff Pastor Relations Committee will be meeting with Rev Ed in August.
