This photo is from David Munn, taken at our Ash Wednesday 2015 service at St. Peters United Church of Christ. St. Peters has an exceptionally beautiful sanctuary. We combine several annual services with St. Peters, our closest church neighbor every year. We alternate churches, both choirs sing together, both ministers speak. These are always interesting, appealing services. This year's Ash Wednesday service included Victor James Welsch on the bagpipes.

Note from David:  I snapped this very quickly with a little cell phone camera.  I don’t have a very fancy camera, but I enjoyed the bagpipes and thank the College of Wooster's piper Victor James Welsch for participating in this community service.

Richard Jacobs enjoys a good camera. He takes many photos of our church events and activities. He and Barb both enjoy travel. Following, are a few photos that he and Barb have taken through the years.

Tampa's first electric streetcars were introduced in 1892. Streetcars in Tampa reached their peak of popularity in the 1920s, with almost 24 million passengers carried in 1926.The first line shut down on August 4, 1946. Tampa's trolley system started up again in October, 2002. Today, almost three miles of electric streetcars are back in Tampa, covering downtown, Channelside and historic Ybor City. These three photos (left and below) were from their April 2014 trip to Tampa. An inexpensive all day pass (only $5) is one of the best ways to travel the Tampa area.
